We employ medical professionals including LPNs, RNs and Physicians who oversee donor suitability and donor care in all of our Centers.

During the recruiting process, Biotest Pharmaceuticals will select qualified candidates to interview on site with management. At that time, they will tour the facility, meet other staff members and see what the position requires firsthand. In addition we require all candidates to submit to a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, reference check and education verification. For some positions, additional screening is required such as motor vehicle history and credit reports.
